Payment Terms

Rent payments are processed securely through Stripe. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. Payments are deposited directly into the property-owning LLC's bank account, typically within 2–3 business days. A transaction processing fee may apply depending on the payment method selected.

Refund & Dispute Policy

• Rent payments are non-refundable once processed, as they constitute fulfillment of a lease obligation.
• Duplicate or erroneous payments will be refunded within 5–10 business days upon verification.
• Payment disputes should be directed to your landlord or property manager first.
• If the dispute cannot be resolved directly, contact us at support@cruxre.com with your payment reference number.
• Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of online payment access.

Autopay Cancellation Policy

• Tenants may enable or disable automatic recurring payments at any time through the tenant portal.
• Cancellation of autopay takes effect before the next billing cycle if submitted at least 3 days before the scheduled payment date.
• Cancelling autopay does not cancel or reduce rent obligations under the lease agreement.
• Tenants are responsible for making timely rent payments through alternative means if autopay is cancelled.

Terms of Service

• CRUX Real Estate provides a technology platform for property management operations. We are not a landlord, tenant, or party to any lease agreement.
• All property management decisions, including rent amounts, late fees, and maintenance approvals, are made by the property owner or their designated manager.
• Payment processing is provided by Stripe, Inc. Use of payment services is subject to Stripe's terms of service.
• Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
• This platform is currently offered for properties located in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania metropolitan area.

Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide property management services, including names, contact information, payment details, and property data. Financial information is encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant payment providers. We do not sell personal data to third parties. For questions about data handling, contact support@cruxre.com.
